Kyle Webb
Kyle Webb is the CFO for Webb Family Enterprises, which operates 16 McDonald’s franchises and Webb Family Investments. He is originally from Claremont, CA, and the youngest of Reggie and Rene’ Webb’s 3 children. He graduated from Morehouse College, with a degree in Business Administration-Finance, and the University of Southern California with a MBA. His first job out of college was in a finance role for The Walt Disney Company’s ABC Television Network. After contemplating other moves, he returned to work in his family business, starting in operations, then transitioning into his current role.
He is the radical expression of community through service, which inspires him to spend much of his time training and motivating employees, and engaging young people such that they may be able to fulfill their wildest dreams. He serves as a Board member of community organizations Bright Prospect (a college access organization based in Pomona, CA that sees young people to and through college, where he serve as the CFO/Treasurer) and the San Bernardino Community College District’s Economic Development and Corporate Training Foundation, and the Advisory Councils of the Inland Empire Ronald McDonald House and the University of La Verne’s College of Business and Public Management. He serves his McDonald’s community on local marketing and operations committees.
He has been interested in business since childhood, going to work with his dad, a McDonald’s Franchisee, and hearing him on his conference calls, and being with him in the restaurants. He loves diversity in the scope of his role, allowing him the flexibility to engage in community building, and helping to continue and expand the legacy his parents have built.
